Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a Sales Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience, who is passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and making an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. If you have a background in SaaS technology, CRM, or Customer Experience and are fluent in Turkish and English, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to exceed your targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads, setting up impactful meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver results through a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how Pisano’s platform solves customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Product, to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales or account management, ideally in SaaS technology or CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • A proactive, disciplined approach with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
